Defining Trust !
Trust is measure honesty, benevolence and competence in relation of two person. Failure of trust may be forgiven easily if it is interpreted as competence component but if its due to other two component it’s difficult to regain trust again.
From this perspective trust is mental state of human mind which is difficult to measure.
If you wanted to measure “How he or she trust on you” its really hard to define in personal as well as business relationship how ever some researcher come up with an equation of trust, which define trust as
Trust = (Credibility +Reliability + Intimacy)/ (Self Orientation)
Even each component is difficult to measure but try to measure this in 1-10 scale.
I don’t know how much it is helpful to you in true sence but if you are comparing two people’s relation with yourself, this equation might be useful.

Sirji, trust is very difficult to define. But, let us discuss on it. It is everything for once life. Trust gone everything is gone.

Trust is every where in every relationship… personal / professional / or………… have some degree of trust..
I even can’t imagine a world without trust……..
It’s only trust by which we exist ……. behind trust there might be several reason…. even selfishness..
But we learned to trust since childhood in one or another way….
